Mylandla is banker turned entrepreneur, Mylandla is known for his expertise and vision for the Indian payments industry. He has pioneered and spearheaded the marketing and support of retail and wholesale payment solutions in India. As the leader at the helm of FSS and face of the company, Mylandla has moulded FSS as a technology services provider with comprehensive expertise across the payments ecosystem.

Rudhraa has over 25 years of management and technical experience in Banking, Securities, IT and the Payments industry. Prior to joining FSS, Rudhraa has held strategic positions at India Switch Company (ISC) and Indian Bank. Rudhraa joined FSS in 1997 and since then, has played an integral ‘pillar’ role in consolidating FSS’ market leadership position. He initially took on the responsibility of building a customer base and setting up the FSS Development Centre in Mumbai, India. Currently, he is a Wholetime Director at FSS and shoulders the responsibility of overall business development and strategic alliances.

Sharada comes from a unique background of Advertising and Communication Development. During the earlier days of her career, she has consulted top advertising firms like Ogilvy & Mather, Mudra, Rediffusion DY&R and Euro RSCG. Sharada strongly believes that technology must act as an extension of the people using it, helping make their lives simpler. Creative, passionate, acute observer, empathiser, discoverer and deep-thinker are some of the words that could be used to describe Sharada’s lively personality. At a personal level, she is very keen on helping FSS’s women employees make a mark in their careers.

Bala Deshpande is the Senior Managing Director of New Enterprise Associates (India) Pvt. Ltd based in Mumbai and is responsible for creating and building the India platform for NEA. Before joining NEA, she served as a Senior Director of Investments at ICICI Venture where she used her operational experience to identify opportunities for investment and played a strategic role in shaping the future of investee companies. Bala has been a Director in several companies including Pantaloon Retail, Air Deccan, Nagarjuna Construction, Welspun, TechProcess Solutions, Info Edge etc. Her private equity experience has seen the full cycle from nurturing young companies to executing multiple exits including IPOs, buy-backs, strategic sales, and capital market divestments.
In addition, Bala has worked with leading multinational companies such as Bestfoods, Cadburys, and ICI. At Bestfoods, she was part of the Strategic Planning Team and was nominated for the Women Leadership Forum held at Bestfoods, New York.
Bala has a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from Jamnalal Bajaj, Mumbai.

Srinivas Chidambaram is the Managing Director of Jacob Ballas Capital India Pvt Ltd. (JBC) and is responsible for fund investments, day to day operations of the company and supervising the management team. Srinivas joined JBC in 2005. He has 21 years of financial services and industry experience, including 13 years of private equity experience in India. From 2001 to 2003, Srinivas worked with HSBC Private Equity (Asia) Ltd, Hong Kong, responsible for private equity investments in India and South East Asia; previously, he served with its affiliate in India for six years, based in New Delhi. From October 2003 until March 2005, he served with HCL Technologies Ltd, a leading Indian IT services company, in the USA and in India, responsible for financial institution relationships and strategic alliances in the investment banking technology and operations division.
Srinivas commenced his career with SRF Finance Ltd. (since acquired by GE Capital) where he was responsible for Corporate Finance and Investment Banking, based in Bombay. Srinivas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kerala and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Prakash Chellam leads strategic initiatives at Premji Invest including responsibility for alternative assets, portfolio liquidity, relationships with large global funds and banks. Prior to Premji Invest Prakash was a co-founder Partner with a Mumbai based private equity fund, investing in the technology segment in themes such as software defined vehicles, enterprise software and IT/ERD and services.

Between 2008-18 Prakash was with JM Financial Investment Banking as CEO of their Singapore branch, as well as heading investment banking advisory for the technology segment. During this period Prakash led capital market offerings such as LTTS, HCL Infosystems, M&A advisory engagements such as the sale of Geometric to Dassault Systemes/HCL Technologies, MFEC Thailand to ITHD Japan, Foliage Medical Systems to Altran France as well as other delisting/OFS transactions such as Atlas Copco India, Alfa Laval India, Kennametal India, Timken India.

Prior to 2008, Prakash worked with Infosys in their sales team where he helped set up the French operations of Infosys, and subsequently led business development in Benelux and Scandinavia. Prakash is an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an Electrical and Electronics Engineer.

V. Balasubramanian, an accomplished leader in the technology industry, has left an indelible mark through his remarkable career journey and profound impact on organizations and society alike. His educational foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering, both from prestigious institutions.
Balasubramanian's contributions to the corporate world have earned him the recognition of the & Best Corporate Citizen; from his peers at RPG within the organization—a testament to his unwavering commitment to his values and beliefs.
As a passionate technologist with over three decades of experience, Balasubramanian specializes in bringing scalability to organizations and facilitating global expansion. His exceptional leadership skills have been pivotal in scaling FSS Pvt Ltd from a 200 crore to a ₹1100 crore firm.
Balasubramanian's core values and beliefs centre around the ethos of Make in India and Made in India; exemplifying his commitment to the nation's growth and development. His vision and mission are clear: to upgrade a billion lives, bridge the digital divide, and promote financial inclusion.

Anand is an accomplished and result-oriented finance professional with over 27 years of global experience in leadership roles of finance and operations management for manufacturing, information technology, healthcare and payments Industries. He has previously worked with Spicer India (Anand Group), Zensar Technologies (RPG Group), Eye Care Leaders and Fulcrum Digital in India, UK and USA.
Anand brings his expertise and experience in various finance and management areas, particularly leading automation and optimization of business processes, transformation of key functions, M&A and integration of acquired businesses, managing P&L for BU and leading various strategic initiatives.
Anand currently works with FSS as Executive Vice President – Corporate, leading functions like Finance, Legal & Secretarial, People Success and Administration and is part of the core management
team.

As the new Global Services Head, Vishal is responsible for overseeing our global services operations, driving business expansion, managing P&L, and ensuring excellence across our service delivery functions.
Vishal joins us from Worldline, where he held various leadership positions since 2009, most recently as Executive Vice President – Merchant Services and Digital Payments for India and Southeast Asia. Prior to Worldline, he worked at Atos Worldline, Global Payments Asia Pacific, ICICI Bank, Shell Gas India, and Hindustan Unilever. In these roles, he successfully managed sales and business operations, contributing significantly to market share, profitability, and revenue growth. He has a proven track record in launching new businesses and products, and in developing strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings. His expertise in digital payments, including card issuance and merchant acceptance services, aligns perfectly with our organization's goals and vision.
Throughout his career, Vishal has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead, guide, and motivate teams, as well as manage key relationships with senior management at banks, schemes, and corporates.

Anand is a seasoned Technology and Digital Transformation leader with over 28 years of experience across Capital Markets, Banking & Financial Services, and Insurance, leading large-scale, multi-geography engineering and delivery programs. His expertise spans Cloud modernization, Data & AI, Digital platforms, and AI-driven automation, with a strong focus on AI-first delivery models, agile governance, and cloud-native architectures.
Anand has led global engineering and delivery across Data, AI, Cloud, and Digital Platforms. He has driven end-to-end digital and platform transformation for leading Stock Exchanges and BFSI clients across APAC, North America, and EMEA, embedding AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics into delivery frameworks to improve productivity, predictability, and client outcomes.
Anand has held multiple senior leadership roles where he has managed large, multi-hundred-million-dollar delivery portfolios, built high-performing global teams, strengthened engineering rigor, and partnered closely with CXOs to deliver scalable transformation programs.
In his role at FSS, Anand will be responsible for strengthening our global digital delivery capabilities, driving AI-first and cloud-led transformation, and ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes that create measurable business value for our customers.

Kiran Hejmadi has a total of 23 years of experience in product strategy, product management and digital banking. In his career so far, Kiran has worked with reputed organizations like NPCI, Tally Solutions and HSBC. Has had the benefit of solving Banking and Payment problems statements from varied vantage points – as a Banker, as a central payment institution (NPCI), as a leading ERP service provider to SMEs and as a fintech. He is currently the Senior Vice President of Product Management Group at FSS, leading the company’s function across India, Middle East and Africa.
He is the one who conceptualized the NACH Debit eMandate, which today is the primary medium of auto-debit authorization in the country. The product today is used by over 80+ banks, more than 1000 corporates and processing close to INR 1700 billion of transactions every month. He led the Public Private Partnership (PPP) project with India Post - ‘Gramin Suvidha Kendra - which is considered the flagship rural initiative of MCX today, winning over six awards at various forums.
Kiran is a passionate digital payment evangelist. In his free time, Kiran likes to spend time with his kids, trek, and run marathons.

Anirban Roy has a total of 23 years of experience in product engineering, domain-oriented microservices architecture and cloud engineering. In his career so far, Anirban has worked with reputed organizations like Infosys, AWS and IBM across different industries like banking & finance, insurance and healthcare. He is currently the Head of Platform at FSS, leading the company’s engineering function across India, the Middle East and Africa. Anirban completed his graduation in Computer Science Engineering in 1999 from NERIST.
Anirban has been the architect in the development of FSS Blaze, a new-age payments technology platform. He has previously been responsible for the development of end-to-end user experience at Infosys and was the Chief Architect and member of design group for products like DeltaVerge and Base at Wipro.
Anirban is passionate about technology, social empowerment and problem-solving across various spheres of life. In his free time, Anirban likes to listen to music and is also a vocalist for a band.

Arunima is a passionate Marketer & Digital Enthusiast with 20+ years of experience in building global and local brands across a multitude of categories – Foods, Beauty, Homecare, Telecom, OTT, and Healthcare. She has worked with reputed organizations like Godrej Sara Lee, L’Oreal, General Mills, Vodafone, and Abbott.
Arunima graduated in 2001 from Delhi University. She did her MBA from IMT Ghaziabad in 2003. Arunima led the launch of Vodafone ‘Sakhi’ – a mobile service for the safety of women in small towns. It was an industry-first proposition designed exclusively for women's safety resulting in 6.8% higher revenue per user, lower churn and an increase in Brand Consideration. This campaign got shortlisted for Cannes (2 categories). It also won 7 awards at Kyoorius APAC awards and won Gold @ Effies.
While she continues to build brands passionately, she feels the urge to give back to society in whatever way she can. And with this new purpose in mind, she ventured into ‘Professional Coaching’. She is a ‘Certified coach’ now. She coaches and mentors aspiring leaders.

Krishnamurthy KR is a trailblazing innovator in the payments and finance sector, having implemented multiple transformative projects across Europe, Middle East, Asia and America. With a blend of expertise in technology, business and finance, he has lead technology teams in these regions, transforming the payments landscape for banks like Standard Chartered, Bank of Ireland, Poste Italiane and Bank of Valetta, amongst others. He has had stints in top tier technology companies like Sun Microsystems, Oracle and HCL Technologies.
In a career of more than 25 years, Krishna has done some of the earliest implementations of SEPA in Europe & real time payments in the Americas. He currently is running transformative projects in the Middle East and Asia region with FSS, lending massive scale to its customers in his role.

Srividya is a HR leader, bringing with her 19 years of core HR experience. She is known for her ability to drive business results through collaborative leadership and aligning HR initiatives to strategic business outcomes. She is an NLP Master Practitioner (NFNLP – Florida), a Certified Executive Talent Management professional, and holds a certification in HR Analytics from IIM India.
Over the years, Srividya has held HR leadership roles and served as a behavior coach. She has led strategic people practices, driven transformation programs, and championed inclusive, high-performance cultures. Her expertise spans Talent Management, Employee Experience, Workforce Planning, Inclusion & Diversity, and Change Acceleration.
